What is your role at Daiichi Sankyo? Can you describe what you are doing every day?

I am in the Order Processing & Customer Service International Team. I am responsible for providing patient treatment to our affiliates in the Americas and Japan as well as several countries across Asia. I support these countries with all logistic and supply chain issues.   

What motivates you to work for Daiichi Sankyo?  

The feeling that I am helping and doing something good for someone who is suffering every day. I am a part of a global team that overcomes challenges to reach and support our patients in every possible way.

What is special about working at Daiichi Sankyo? 

Working here is like being a superhero every day. We fight together, we are trustworthy, and we are committed to changing lives by collaborating to make the world and people´s lives a bit happier.   

What does it mean to you to focus on the needs of our customers, including patients, as the guiding principle of our work? 

In my position, customers and patients are the primary focus, they are the beginning and the end and our reason to improve every day. From we receive their order to securing the safest and fastest way of transport until we ultimately deliver the treatment to the end patient – their needs are present every step of the way.
