What is your role at Daiichi Sankyo? Can you describe what you are doing every day?

I am working in the Cardiovascular Medical Affairs Department and I support the launch of products onto the market. In Medical Affairs we are striving to translate state of the art clinical research into routine daily practice. 

What motivates you to work for Daiichi Sankyo? 

Daiichi Sankyo aims to bringing innovative therapies to patients in need. Our promising upcoming therapies in Cardiovascular and Oncology fuels my motivation. It is inspiring to work for a company that is fully committed to achieve and maintain Cardiovascular and Oncology leadership. 

How would you describe the working culture at Daiichi Sankyo? 

Working on an international level together with colleagues from many different countries is truly inspiring. Different cultures, diversity and flexibility are the foundation for creativity and innovation. Daiichi Sankyo offers all of this allowing people to grow in a unique environment. 

What do you find the most rewarding about closely collaborating with colleagues from all over Europe?

Most rewarding are the moments when colleagues meet during congresses or internal meetings. It is the feeling of meeting old/good friends, coming together to communicate and collaborate to achieve our goals, together.
